Ans DQ2: There is a lot of reasons that will cause the chinese input pen not working. If you are using USB interface, please make sure your ports are enable and avoid using of USB hub when you found problem during installation.

Windows XP or later version OS may already has the manufacturer's driver for the tablet of penpower.  But, the penpower needs its own driver. So, we recommand to install the penpower driver before plug-in the tablet.
