Ans IQ2 :  It maybe due to some print head nozzles are clogged. Please do the clean head procedure according to the printer manual. If the printout is improved, repeat the clean procedure until the gap and faint area disappear. But, don't use cleaning agent or cloth to clear print head that may damage the print head.
